Scourge was the first Warriors character I ever really loved, to bad Tigerstar took his place on the bonehill of fangirling.

Pros
First of all, wonderful piece! This shows much details, which means you put a lot of work in this! Your cat anatomy is perfect, and the gaze Scourge is giving is very intimidating! The coloration is perfect, and is pose, like his gaze, is also very intimidating! He looks absolutely wickedly awesome!
Cons
Though, Scourge's eyes should be ICE BLUE, and the white paw is a tiny amount too big.
Suggestions
Awesome submission! Just, JUST A SUGGESTION, I would recommend adding the claws to Scourge. He has pretty long claws, right?

This is wonderful, with not too much problems! I absolutely adore it! Bravo!

First off, this is gorgeous *^* I love how you did this.
The front left paw's toe could be a little lower, as it sticks out and disrupts the drawing...
As *XXCatzoodakittenxx said, the back leg needs to be there too. This one isn't really as obvious as the toe though, and you only really see it if you are looking for mistakes.
Just below the collar there should be a little bit of chest fur. Otherwise it looks like he is a bit of a bobblehead, if you know what I mean

The tail should round a bit more around the backside, or be a little farther up. It would make it look more natural.
On the plus side, the eyes and face are really well done, as well as the other feet and the collar.
This piece will always be one of my favorites
